Nestling between vineyards and hills, surmounted by limestone rocks, this charming eighteenth century house invites you to a discovery of Burgundy’s heartlands. Situated in one of these pleasant and peaceful villages, with a spacious garden, the self-catering holiday home has recently been entirely renovated and offers yesterday’s charms and contemporary comfort.

At the first rays of sunshine, you will enjoy its generous south facing terrace. Just as much you will not want to miss out on some barbecues in the shade of the tall lime trees. When the evenings are fresher, come and relax in the vast living room, stretching out in one of the leather sofas in front of a fire in the open fireplace.

The house is fully detached, on its own ground, and accepts up to 7 persons. On the ground floor, there are a large living room and a large dining room, a small kitchen and toilets. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms (two beds 160 cm large and three single beds), one of which has private bathroom and toilets, and another bathroom with toilets.

The equipment is complete and comprises TV with large flat screen, free internet access, DVD player, washing machine and tumble dryer, dish washer, stove with 4 burners, integrated oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.

The gîte is classified 3 épis by Gîtes de France and 3 stars by local authorities.
